We don’t support the off-the-shelf course packs found on the market. Our aim is to design every course as closely as possible to your real needs.
We do this through preparatory meetings before each course, in which we analyse your company’s processes and particularities and agree with you on the syllabus you need.
But the training doesn’t end there.
Once the course is complete, participants can use our support email address to ask any questions about what they have learned.
In addition, about a month later we hold a two-hour follow-up meeting with the participants, where we resolve any questions that came up while applying what they were taught.
